Shipping Method

We use USPS and other shipping providers depending on the product ordered and what warehouse of ours that product is in. We charge $4.95 shipping for all orders under $50. Orders over $50 include free shipping.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple warehouses in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they are on the way.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

We cannot always guarantee this. Due to our fulfillment centers being spread out in different regions around the world, we cannot always provide all your items in one package.

Shipping Time

It takes 2 to 4 working days on average to fulfill an order before dispatching it. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country or region. Holidays might impact delivery times.

Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you with a link to track your order. You can also track your order on their website by clicking "here".

It takes 2-3 days for tracking information to appear. Updates occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery. If the tracking status hasn't changed in a few days, it means it's still in transit.

If you can't track your order on their website, you can try using a different tracking service like https://www.17track.net/en. This service can pull tracking information from thousands of different shipping companies. If that doesn't work, you can contact their support team at support@bodwellbeing.com for assistance.

Updates to your tracking information happen when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery. If your tracking status hasn't changed in a while, it simply means it's still in transit and will update the next time it's scanned.

When your order is ready to ship, it's sent to the shipping company, who handles the delivery. Depending on the shipping company's policy or customs procedures, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or import tax if your shipping address is in a remote area. In such cases, you will need to pay the required fee to receive your order.

Payment

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Credit card, Debit card, AMEX or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar.

Sales tax is included in the price, so you do not need to worry.

No. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Yes, but you need to contact us within 24 hours at support@bodwellbeing.com or we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change. This is due to our fulfillment center likely having already sorted your order for shipping.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of your item arriving with you. Your purchase needs to be in it’s original condition to process a return. Return shipping is not included and is on the customer to pay. To start a return please contact us at support@bodwellbeing.com.
